Strengths: Excellent reception - able to use the link anywhere in my house with no loss of audio quality

Weaknesses: When I don't put it back in its cradle, I tend to lose it. No way to locate it other than constant searching.

Summary: Great item. I bought the headset because I lost the original. The whole unit is fabulous. Replacing the headset was easy and linking was very easy.
