Strengths: Excellent sound quality for using with dragon dictate.

Summary: This device works as advertised and works well. Simple setup and the USD digital audio in and output is superb and improved my voice recognition percentage significantly over an expensive non USB microphone.

Strengths: Better audio quality than what we had before.

Weaknesses: Persona program does not always work well.

Summary: Have equipped everyone in our office with this headset and our audio quality issues involving the VOIP IP Communicator have diminished immensely.

Strengths: Decent build quality. Holds true to the distance claim. Good battery life.

Weaknesses: Not the greatest sound quality on either end, especially for gaming.

Summary: I use this for a variety of games, such as World of Warcraft and Counter Strike. Sounds like a Telephone, but what would you expect? Wireless is great, I can walk to the other end and outside of a 7000 sq. ft. house and still communicate. Battery life is amazing.

Strengths: It works well our Customer service reps wear them about 6-8 hours a day. They hod up about 6.5 on average with alot of talk time.

Weaknesses: A few tiomes they have become un-recognized as a USB device a couple of times calle customer service and there is a unplug procedure with steps to reset them........Not a big problem.

Summary: We use them with a eyebeam softphone application with a asterisk server the best headset our reps. have used and we went throug about six different ones before we tried this one. it is well worth the money. Eyebeam has a integration software that works better than the software included in the box.
