Summary: We love this headset. The lifter is a must have. We inially bought them with out and added them later. Makes it so you can answer the phone from anywhere.

Strengths: interchangeable to fit directly on and curl around external ear, or the padded speaker with halo-thing that goes over the top of head... very clear sound... volume adjustment... just plug in and go... not complicated

Weaknesses: somewhat fragile-looking, but pretty sturdy if you're sensible

Summary: i purchased a pair of these headsets for retail use (i run a pharmacy) and it sure is useful to be able to multitask handsfree! (though you do have to come back to the phone to pickup or release a call or put on hold)

Strengths: Works perfectly with existing office phone system. Multiple setup possibilities so it can be adjusted to fit each head perfectly.

Summary: My wife bought this for herself so her hands could be free while talking to clients, but the whole office is using it. A few of the other receptionists have bought their own.
