Strengths: Good battery length - excellent sound quality

Weaknesses: Instructions for setting up the handset lifter

Summary: This has made my job much easier as I'm able to talk with customers. colleagues, suppliers, etc. without having to put them on hold as I move to different locations throughout the office.

Strengths: Headset works fine an fits well.

Weaknesses: Handset lifter does not work well with Nortel IP Phone 2004.

Summary: Headset works fine but the handset lifter does not work well with Nortel IP Phone 2004. Requires the adapter which does not fit well. Having a difficult time getting it set up to properly lift handset when using the phone. Finally gave up and will try to make it work when I have more time to fool with it. Probably works fine on a phone not requiring the adapter.

Strengths: Great sound, decent range. Does not interfere with other wireless devices.

Weaknesses: Volume control is a little querky

Strengths: It has a great range. It allows us to go from one end of the office to the other and still be available to speak with someone on the phone. I also love the fact that I'm not tied down to the desk when someone calls and I need to get up to look something up.

Weaknesses: If it's not seated properly in the ear, it can be a little difficult to hear.

Summary: Great product, and would strongly recommend for any person who has to be able to access their phone while still floating around an office when needed.

Strengths: clarity of sound, the different head sets are helpful.

Summary: The headset comes with the handset lifter. This is the only place where I found the headset and lifter being offered together as a set and the price is great compared to buying them separately. Good deal.

Strengths: nice to have both the options of the over the head support and in ear only. I also really, really like the handset lifter.

Weaknesses: picks up feedback if unit is too close to phone set and the cord with the unit is too short to give many options for placement.

Strengths: Good call quality. Lots of Adjustements. Good battery life

Weaknesses: Lifter difficult to install on phones that do not have a flat shape.

Summary: Overall good product. Does its job well. There is a noticable echo when you speak, but it is bearable. The call quality is very well, and I have had no complaints from an outside party. Installation with the lift was moderately involved.

Strengths: easy to use (other than the handset lifter - doesnt work for Meridan phones) great sound quality! clear and good visual for when it is active

Summary: I love it - it's so much better than a corded kind! My production level went up 10% b/c i can move about and do a few things at once!
