Strengths: lightweight and comfortable. Great sound quality.

Weaknesses: Sometime there is some echo or mic feedback, but if you play with the setting, you can usually correct this.

Summary: This is the best headset I have ever used. It is lightweight, comfortable and discrete, with great sound quality. I would recommend this product. I would also highly recommend you get the handset lifter, as I did not, and I really wish that I had. Thank you.

Strengths: Small size, lightweight

Weaknesses: Flimsy when on your ear and poor reception from more than 10 feet from base unit.

Summary: An ok product for a decent price. However, it does not function as advsertised, especially when not next to base unit.
