Strengths: easy to use and assemble

Summary: Nice design and comfortable to use. Light enough sometimes you forget it is on your head and cord is the perfect length. Assembly is also very simple and easy. Would recommend to anyone needing a headset without the paying twice as much as others.

Strengths: It works with out Plantronics T-10 analog telesets, It is comfortable across the ears, the noise cancelling mike works very well in our loud environment.

Weaknesses: none

Summary: I appreciate doing business with Cost Central as they are fast and accurate with filling my order. They also carry the inventory I need when I need it with the exception of just one instance in 5 orders.
