Strengths: Lighweight and very comfortable with crisp clean sound.

Strengths: Comfortable, reliable, supports Voip

Weaknesses: None significant

Summary: Purchased this headset for work usage making support calls. Great sound quality and can be used with cellphone, cordless housephone, and computer Voip (SkyPE). Has been very reliable so far. Had a Motorola M500 bluetooth and returned it for this product and glad I did. Highly recommended!!

Strengths: Can be used with an IP phone and cell phone. Is comfortable in the ear.

Weaknesses: Packaging is so tight I accidently cut the cord on the first one I owned.

Summary: I really like the Plantronics - Headset. It is comfortable, easier to put on and off than over the head ones, and can be used on my IP phone and my cell phone. I use it all the time at work, and I am lost when I get a call before I have it plugged in.
