Strengths: pretty straight forward.

Weaknesses: Had to adjust sound setup because previous headset had different requirements

Strengths: clear sound, noise canceling ablities, has 2.5 mm jack with usb adapter

Weaknesses: short range on the volume control

Summary: This is a solid product and I'd buy it again. It is the only high quality headset I could find that is both versatile and reasonably priced. I use it for business purposes by both phone and for meetings (webinars) conducted on my computer.

Strengths: quality of sound, both receiving and talking. I have had a number of compliments from associates and clients as to the quality of calls since I have been using this headset. I love it.

Weaknesses: The mute and volume control is a bit large and cumbersome. It would be nice if it had a momentary mute button, (cough button), as opposed to the slide switch.

Summary: It is lightweight and you hardly know it's there. Best quality for the dollar I have found. LOVE IT!!!
