Strengths: Handsfree operation. Crucial for typing while on the phone.

Weaknesses: The cord can get tangled up after a time.

Summary: I believe an inexpensive cordless headset with multi-line capability would be a winner for a lot of people. Why should the cell phone industry get all the improvements?
