Strengths: portable, easy to set up

Weaknesses: Is a bit heavy on my head, but not too bad. Sound quality can sometimes be strange with the microphone.

Summary: I would recommend this item to others. The ease of use definitely outweighs any negative characteristics.

Strengths: Comfortable, volum and mute controls on headset, decent battery life for size, great range, great connection

Summary: I researched headsets and the cs351n offered the best value. I can go out of my office to my car and not have to worry about losing connection (100 ft). There is little background noise that gets through and the sound quality is excellent

Summary: I recently bought a second one of these for my wife. We are now both working out of our home office. I have used my other one for the past year. The quality of this headset is fantastic. No one can tell you are using a headset, the voice quality is so good. It has adjustments for everything. The mute button is conveniently on the headset. Plantronics makes great products, and this is one of them.

Strengths: Lightweight and super comfortable...rechargeability is a plus...invaluable for a long day of calls!

Summary: Sound quality is great and I've had no problems with the microphone. Definitely get this with the handset lifter. I ended up buying one after the fact once I realised how much more convenient it would be to have one, rather than picking up the handset and leaving it sitting on the desk while I was talking on the headset. Now I can just tap the button on the side of the headset to answer and hang up. I wear the headset all day without thinking about it...it's been great!
