Strengths: Good call clarity, ease of use.
Weaknesses: The land line adapter sucks.
Summary: The headset itself is great, but the land line adapter truly sucks. I have tweaked around with all possible combinations for volume on the land line adapter, but I still cannot hear anything from my land phone.

Strengths: Good all-around set, much better range than the plantronics 310, also has much needed higher volume (although still not high enough for noisy environments).
Weaknesses: Desktop adapter requires much futzing to get set up so other end can hear you. This is pretty annoying.
Summary: All in all I'm satisfied, but needs more volume and multiple trial and error setting to get others to be able to hear you is annoying.

Strengths: wireless headset for digital office phone, also will pair with computer for VoIP and mobile or car.
Weaknesses: return or refurb item
Summary: I needed a headset for work, but don't like the "cheap" ones they provide. this was perfect because I can move it between devices. Although it works fine, it's a little disturbing to have an in ear device that was either a return or refurb item, without being told that before hand. since it works i didn't want the hassel of returning it, since it was at a great price.
I had an initial echoing problem at first, but after RTFM, it works great.

Strengths: Doesn't feel like you have anything on your ear. Very lightweight. Nice that it can be used with your cell and office phone.
Weaknesses: Hard to answer you phone with the handset when the headset is plugged in. Sometimes hard to hear.
Summary: It is very small, lightweight and fits nicely on a small desk. You barely feel anything when you have it on your ear. It looks nice and for the most part has nice sound. Sometimes it is a little hollow sounding. It is very hard to use your normal handset when the headset is plugged in to your office phone. It is kind of confusing to set up at first. I would recommend this phone, but make sure you thoroughly read the manual before you even take the headset out of the box.
