Strengths: convience and reliability
Weaknesses: I need to fiddle with the system sometimes to get it engaged.
Summary: Love this product, however if you will be in above normal noisey areas while using the bluetooth (with people yelling) you will need to get something with a wire.

Strengths: Bluetooth, Noise Reduction, Comfort, Appearance
Weaknesses: Headset sometimes raises from charging "prongs" in base; need to make sure it is snug, or headset won't charge.
Summary: This Plantronics headset is well-balanced and a comfortable fit in & over the ear (they provide different earpieces to right-size the fit). The battery life is excellent, and time to recharge is short. This Plantronics headsets are some of the few that we've tried which are the least susceptible to Bluetooth interference; other headsets produce static, even at short ranges, but this headset is very robust, and has an excellent range from the base (through walls)before static creeps in. It also pairs well our cell phones, and shares the connection well. The handset lifter is adjustable and can be integrated to work with most types of standard business phones. People need to understand that using the handset lifter and headset with a phone system is not a complicated connection. It's really as easy as (and similar to) plugging in an "extension" cord for the handset on a your phone system. Keep in mind that the handset lifter system can't be used with a cordless phone system unless the phone handset itself is "lifted" from a base to start/end calls.
We've purchased multiple units our sales staff and they don't crosstalk over each other at all. These are excellent units.
