Strengths: Machine is very efficient. It is easy to use, especially using the HTTP interface, which lets you monitor consumables.

Weaknesses: I have had a problem with the machine locking up periodically when receiving faxes which is a little annoying. The factory replaced the original machine I received, but the replacement machine does the same thing, so I believe it is a firmware issue. It would be nice if the flatbed scanner would scan legal size pages.

Summary: Overall it is a good machine and I am happy with the purchase. I received good support from the manufacturer when I contacted them. The web interface is really nice for programming the phone directory speed numbers.
