Strengths: Works well. After I purchased this item, I had to use this warranty. It worked just fine, and paid for itself with one claim. I'm very happy I bought it.

Summary: Works well. After I purchased this item, my husband spilled a glass of wine on the keyboard. I took it to Sony Backstage, and they sent it to Sony in San Diego, they replaced the motherboard, keyboard, and touch pad 100% free including shipping and it was back in my hands within 7 days. Well worth the money paid and I still have coverage for four more years!
