Bernie

Strengths: Discrete Graphics, HDMI Output, Blu-ray Disc Support

Weaknesses: Touchpad is sensitive, Gets a little warm

Summary: I got this computer so I could watch streaming video on my TV. The fact that it lets me watch Blu-ray discs is a plus. This was the least expensive computer I could find that had the power to do what I wanted to do. So far I has not disappointed me. The left side of the computer gets a little warm, but it is not causing any problems. The touchpad seems to react to just a thought of touching it. I know I must be brushing against it when I type on the keyboard, but it is terribly sensitive. I have read that the include WinDVD BD software has problems with Blu-ray discs that were created using Sony PMB (Picture Motion Browser). I apparently haven't run across one of these discs yet, because I have had no problems playing Blu-ray discs. I hear that the battery life is short, but that does not affect me, as I do not run this computer off of the battery. In conclusion, this laptop is working just fine as my streaming video player and Blu-ray disc player. Other than the touchpad sensitivity issue, this is a great machine.
