Strengths: Very easy to use on any OS platform. Solid performer in all modes. Great quality prints, scans, and copies.

Weaknesses: This unit is a little loud for the home office that it was purchased for. I had to relocate it to a near-by closet, so print jobs could continue while carrying on a phone conversation. But that's the ONLY weakness I've found.

Summary: Great MFP device that does it all. Has more features and functions than any other device in it's class. I highly recommend this device for small offices that need all the bells and whistles.

Strengths: Not messy, fairly priced ink refill, pretty fast with color printing, black printing fast, Maintenance seems like it will be cheaper

Weaknesses: A lil bit noisy, scanning to network takes a little bit longer.

Summary: Overall a very good printer, scanner, copier. I had a epson cx11nf before and this one blows it out of the water with it's performance. Also, the maintenance kit (30k pages) is relatively inexpensive. Been using after market ink (Ink is like a kind of wax for this machine) which is cheaper than toner. It's still early yet, but this printer has done well so far. Just make sure you have a closet or something to put this printer in, or it will disrupt you phone calls with it's noise.

Strengths: Great MFP so far. Excellent color scanning/printing.

Weaknesses: Software. It does allow a user to scan directly to a Windows Share. You must install the Xerox Utility.

Summary: Great printer/scanner/copier. Xerox needs to updated the software in order to allow easier intergration with Windows Active Directory.

Strengths: Cost efficient ink supplies and nice quality with speed on color printing.

Weaknesses: Need to keep copier on 24 hours or ink is wasted on the cleanup and reheat process.

Strengths: Fast output. Excellent color.

Weaknesses: Manual bypass tray feed is tricky. Setting up envelopes and specialty labels on bypass feeder is difficult. Tech support takes a while to reach.

Summary: Excellent printer for heavy office productions. Bypass tray feed can be improved. Tech Support response time can be improved.
