Strengths: Fast, nice color, very functional, fully networked
Weaknesses: Glitchy software with negative affects on Adobe Acrobat and MS Word. Scanning over the network is not too straight forward, but not impossible.
Summary: Great machine. Cool solid ink. Will know more in a year. Pretty HUGE (tall) and you must open the top fully to install the inks. Heavy beast as well. But overall, handles ten of us without worry.

Strengths: Color is vibrant...
Weaknesses: Needs to be used every day... wasn't aware of this upon purchasing. Color costs are a bit more than I had originally anticipated.
Summary: Good machine... just make sure you print at least a pages everyday. I already appear to have some clogged jets.

Strengths: duplex and netword set up very user friendly. Looks like it will meet all my expectations and needs for which it was purchased.
Weaknesses: when there is a power outage, the unit needs to re-heat the color blocks and it wastes ink during the cleaning process. I wish there was better guidance from Xerox for the use of a UPS system to mitigate this. Unit has initial high cost, but consumables are very friendly to budget. I wish Xerox would combine the cost advantage for the 8560MFP and the consumables cost on the 8860MFP.
Summary: best price I found! no sales tax and free shipping was extra bonus.

Strengths: This printer is better than I had expected. The print quality is outstanding.
Weaknesses: As with all solid ink printers, the printouts are affected by high heat. This means no heat lamination, and hot sun is to be avoided. On the plus side, the quality of the print is consistently good, irregardless of the paper.
Summary: I love this printer, it's just is a quality solid printer. It's one of those products where the printer feels better than the specs would indicate. The printing is fast and high quality. The paper handling is very good, for both the duplex sheet feeder and for the printouts. It has a lot of features.
One feature worth mention is that this can potentially be used as a networked document scanning station, there is OCR/PDF software included. I have not tried that out yet.

Strengths: Vibrant Color, easy to use, compact footprint, prints envelopes without the usual wrinkle. Solid ink is easy to use.
Weaknesses: High initial cost and high cost of supplies. A bit on the noisy side.
Summary: We have not had this printer long but so far we are very pleased with it's perfomance. It is a true mulitfuncion unit.

Strengths: Fast, cheap print costs. Great colors. Solid ink
Weaknesses: Can waste ink if turned off and on often
Summary: Best mid sized printer I have seen or used. Set up on wireless network was nice, but needs to be through a LAN and not the printer USB port. Lost some stuff because of this.
